Adopt a tree and preserve the Tuscan landscape

has been engaged in a number of initiatives aimed at preserving the territory, its natural resources, and its roots. The “Olive Tree Adoption” initiative contributes towards maintaining the characteristic landscape of our hills through plant cultivation activities that comply with the principles of organic agriculture. From pruning to harvesting the fruit, our commitment to the crops runs throughout the year. We also employ traditional processes to guarantee the quality of the final product.

Adopt a Tuscan olive tree, contribute towards our efforts, and let us pay tribute to you for what you are doing for the countryside. Annual adoptions conclude at the end of September, before the harvest. Between November and December, we will send 6 litres of organic olive oil to your home. For further details, contact our staff.

“Adopt an Olive Tree”: the terms and benefits of our initiative

The cultivation and upkeep of the olive tree all year round

As mentioned, the cultivation of olive trees is constant work, which consumes resources all year round. Our process does not entail the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers; rather, it adheres to the principles of organic agriculture. We allow the trees to grow naturally, with targeted and limited pruning operations. We refuse to inflict industrial cultivation using machinery on the land. We have chosen to protect the distinctive countryside and its nature. Harvesting by hand using the “stripping” method means we can respect the tree and harvest the fruit at the peak of its ripeness. Each of our trees produces between 30 and 40 Kg of olives, yielding around 4 to 6 litres of organic olive oil.
