Il Casellino, a small organic farm located in Torri, just 19 miles south of Florence, invites you to be part of a legacy by adopting a hectare of organic olive grove.
Since 1586, we have produced extra virgin olive oil. Today, we still farm and care for 16 hectares of organic olive groves, home to approximately 6,000 olive trees, representing a rich variety of traditional Tuscan cultivars.
For us, olive oil production is much more than farming — it’s a passion. We are committed to constantly elevating the quality of the oil, from soil to bottle.
Our organic extra virgin olive oil is multi-award-winning, celebrated for its balance, fragrance, and intense color.
Its signature expression is Campo di Torri, a fragrant oil, gentle yet full of character, with a delicate note of freshly cut grass.
It enhances flavors with grace, elevating both rustic and refined cuisine.
Its excellence is the result of:
- The ideal climate and soil of the Florentine hills
- Traditional olive varieties, cultivated according to organic protocols
- Hand-harvesting at the perfect moment of ripeness
- Immediate pressing in our mill, where olives are washed in fresh water and cold-pressed within hours of picking
