Il Casale appears before your eyes at the end of a lane of cypress trees. It is an elegant country house where from every room you can gaze out over the gentle landscape dotted with olive trees. The characteristic rooms are vintage rustic and have beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. They are embellished with items that echo farm life, and furnished with wooden furniture and warm English-style country house wall paper. Older spaces on the upper floor have been turned into charming bedrooms and the sitting rooms are heated with open fireplaces and made cosy by the warm hues of the wallpaper, and they welcome guests who love simplicity and understated elegance.

Small house – 1 master bedroom, 1 sofa bed 140cm wide, 1 bathroom w/shower – Guests 2/1

First unit

Ground floor – The entrance gives way to a living room and its comfortable American-style kitchen (five burners, grill, electric oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, espresso machine, American coffee maker, toaster) and dining area with walnut fratino table; (there is also a glass door which leads outdoors). Four steps lead from this area to the main living room with fireplace and reading nook. A separate sitting area houses the sat TV and has a door leading to the outside. There is a washer and dryer on the premises.

Upper floor – 14 steps lead to the upper floor where there is a master bedroom with private bathroom and small boudoir, while further along the hall is a bedroom with twin beds, desk and small boudoir, a bathroom with tub and another room with twin beds and desk. Each room has wood beamed ceilings and all of the windows look out over the surrounding gardens.

From the kitchen of the first unit one accesses a large pantry with a big refrigerator and freezer, and a characteristic scale (plus a small service room for the cleaning staff), and from here along the hallway is the second unit.
